The Jean-Christophe VITTE Training School welcomes you in a modern building, fully-equipped with professional equipment for chocolate pastry, ice cream and confectionery.
The school is located at 185chemin de la grange des roues, in Sorgues. The car park is free of charge. It offers an easy access and conveniently located (next to a motorway exit).
The reception desk is open from 8:30 to 17:30.
Course hours: from 8:30 to 12:30 and from 1:30 PM to 5:30. PM
The reception of trainees is from 8:15.

The price of lunch is included in the price of the training.

The amateur workshops take place (according to the dates indicated on the program): Saturday morning: from 9.00 AM to 12.00 PM
For “Master Class” courses, the schedules are those indicated on the program during your registration.

The wearing of professional attire is compulsory during the course of the course (jacket, pants, and non-slip shoes) for professional courses.
