The school offers several training courses in food and catering professionals.
Short-term training, during 2 or 3 days, will let you improve or approach basic knowledge of themes you choose.
With long-term training, divided in several periods in the year, will you allow to deepen your skills, prepare an exam or a competition, to have your expertise recognized in your field.
For amateurs or gourmands, amateur pastry workshops are also planned.
