Objectifs

At the end of the training, the trainee will be able to:

  • Set up a rational, attractive and complete offer of recipes ranging from breakfast to tea.
  • Develop or innovate in its « breakfast » offering with varied, simple and original recipes.
  • Establishment of a range of cookies, mignardises, individual cakes to decorate a tasty and effective « Tea-time » offer.

Contenu

  • Design an attractive offer of simple, original and tasty recipes ranging from breakfast to tea.
  • Realization of a « tea-time » offer answering the growing demand of the customers: sweets, individual cakes, pastries, petits fours secs, etc.
  • Creation of an assortment of jams, spreads, cakes, breads, sweets, cereal bars breads and pastries, to enhance your breakfast offer.
